Fencing is practised by people of all ages, builds and abilities, it assists in developing keen, tranquil and clear mind. Fencing is typified by bursts of energy and periods of rest, which stimulate the glandular and cardio-vascular systems, contributing to health and well being. Heightened awareness is developed with immediate improved co-ordination, quickness of response and graceful movements. Introduction lessons are available. Equipment for introduction lessons is supplied by the Salle dArmes. All lessons are Individual one to one lessons with the fencing master. The one-hour lessons are tailored to the skills and experience of each fencer. Lessons must be booked in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your lesson.
